Hey lovelies!

Can you believe it’s Spring already? I cannot wait for the weather to warm up so I can bust out all my crop tops and dresses that I hoarded in the winter sales.

Seeing as it’s Spring, I thought it’d be the perfect time to do this wonderful little product review. It just seemed so apt, to review this stunning bouquet of flowers and bring a little Spring time fun into your lives.

The product I’m reviewing is a bouquet of flowers from the company “Prestige Flowers”. I was offered a bouquet to review, free of charge, for my honest opinion. The bouquet is from the “Luxury Range” of flowers and turned up exactly on the date I was quoted.

The flowers were in a large shipping box, well packaged and then in the cutest little black bag, with a box and the flowers all wrapped up. The box contained a glass vase, which I’m super impressed with – I didn’t realize it came with a vase! The bouquet I received contained white flowers (I don’t know what they’re called!), lilies, roses and other foliage. I really liked how you could sort of just… drop the bouquet into the vase and it spread out, no arranging required!

Ok, honest review time! I loved these flowers, I really did. But I’m not sure if it was my care, the fact it’s cold and we had a log burner going or the flowers themselves… but they didn’t last as long as I expected. I’m not the greatest person at caring for plants, I’ve managed to kill a bamboo and a cactus, so it could have been my fault. It also could have been due to the location they were in, I have no space in my room for flowers, so we had to have them out in the living room (better because everyone could see and comment on how gorgeous they were!) and because it’s been really cold, we’ve had a log burner going in the same room.

This is how the flowers looked after a week:

The roses seemed to die very quick, in fact within a week they were really wilted and had to be thrown away. Within a week and a half, the lilies had opened up but a lot of the foliage was dead, so we cleared out the dying plants to give the lilies and surviving white things a chance. The vase looks really bare, but we didn’t wanna throw away the healthy plants.

This is how it looked after we got rid of the dying or dead flowers:

It still brightens up the room, but it was really upsetting to have luxury flowers die so quickly.

I’m not saying that flowers from Prestige would die that quick, like I said it’s probably my own fault so don’t let that sway your choice if you want to order from them. Just care for them better than me, and maybe don’t keep them near a log burner…

All in all, I’m really happy with my flowers and I’ll certainly keep Prestige Flowers in mind for any future bouquet needs I might have! Check out the company, and let me know if you’ve got a green thumb or a knack for being the Grim Reaper of the plant world….

Xo Nyxie.
