Makeup Revolution: £1 Eyeshadows

Mono eyeshadows are one of my holy grail products. They don't take up a lot of space and honestly, at £1.00 each you cannot go wrong.
I have two of the Makeup Revolution Mono eyeshadows, both from the Tam Beauty website. I have the shades Frozen and Purple Night - you can kind of guess which one is which.
The packaging on the Mono Eyeshadows is somewhat simplistic. The top is clear plastic and the bottom, where the pan sits, is black. There is a sticker on the base that tells you your colour. The packaging closes with a satisfying "click". They are slim and perfect for traveling.
These might look cheap, thanks to the packaging, but I can tell you from the colour pigmentation that these are anything but cheap looking swatches.
Purple Heaven is a stunning colour, it's almost a blueish purple. It's very "look at me" because it's so pigmented and bright, but that's okay - especially in the summer. One swipe is very much true to pan colour. There is a little bit of fallout, but nothing major. I found the colour lasted for a really long time!
Frozen is also ridiculously pretty, it's got a nice shimmer to it. This shade is amazing for festive seasons, but it's also really good for the summer. It looks amazing on the inner eye. You might even be able to use this as a really really blinding highlight.
Overall, both of these eyeshadows have really nice silky textures. There is a little bit of fallout but they're not that chalky. For £1.00 each, you cannot go wrong.

Okay, this is a very old photograph... either 2015 or 2016 but it's the only photo that shows off these two eyeshadows. I used Frozen on the inner corner, and the centre of my eye. I used Purple Heaven over the rest of my lid and a bit of black on the outer corner to tie it all together. I also added black eyeliner. Of course, to top off this ultra gothic look, I added MUA Raven lipstick which is also £1.00! (The entire makeup look cost me less than £5.00!)
