LUSH is one of those holy grail companies that everyone loves. I love the concepts of the products, the pun-tastic names, the way they smell and how good they actually work. I don't love the price however, but at the same time... I know I'm paying for something that will do wonders for my skin.

I have a little LUSH collection, four items in total... basically all some form of skin care. One of the reasons I love LUSH so much is the fact they have such long shelf lives, so I don't need to use them all up straight away. Which is good, cos I tend to forget they exist.

This powder has cocoa butter and cornstarch with a jasmine and vetivert fragrance. This is essentially a fancy baby powder for adults. It's supposed to give you soft skin and you can apply after a bath or shower. I purchased this because it's supposed to be good for girls who are part of the chub rub club. (As in, thighs rubbing together in the hot weather!) I'm not 100% sure if it works yet as I've only just purchased it and the weather has turned typical British on us and gone all cloudy and rainy.

This soap contains fresh strawberries, cocoa butter, coconut oil, golden syrup and egg whites. (No you can't eat it.) It has a really light texture which feels so good on your skin and it leaves your legs SO soft after you've shaved. You can use it on your legs, face and even as a body wash. I find this is the best way for me to shave, usually my legs get really irritated but I haven't had an issue since using this.

This is the most expensive LUSH product I own and it's worth every single penny. It's a black sugar, charcoal, rhassoul mud, avocado oil, sandalwood and rosewood fragranced scrub. It's one of those products that makes your skin feel unbelievably clean. The black sugar scrubs away all the dead skin cells to leave your skin super bright and refreshed. I love this so much, I use it probably once a month or so, usually during bath time. It's one of those masks that you can get endless hilarious selfies with.

This is probably the only LUSH product I've ever emptied out before it goes off. It's a multi-purpose mask which has a whole bunch of ingredients like peppermint oil, primrose seeds, honey. I have the self preserving version of the mask, which means it keeps itself clean and prevents the growth of microorganisms thanks to the antibacterial honey and other synthetic preservatives. It's so moisturising and refreshing and it helps outbreaks too. I used this last night and my skin feels 100x better already. As soon as payday arrives, I'll be buying another one of these.

I hope you enjoyed this post. Do you own any LUSH products or have any recommendations for me? Let me know below in the comments.
