Hey Lovelies,
Today's blog post is a little product review on a super awesome skincare product. The product is a 100% organic "Royal Coffee Scrub" in Chocolate Orange. The company, Naturelle Cosmetics is a UK based, family run business who use mainly organic ingredients. Most of their products are also vegan and not tested on animals, how awesome is that?
I won't lie to you, I've never used a Coffee scrub before. In all honesty, when I opened the product... I kinda thought it was mud. I'm not the brightest person alive at times. It smelt SO good though and I honestly hate coffee.
Coffee Scrubs seem to be getting big, and after reading up on them, I can see why. Here is a few things that coffee scrubs can do:
• Exfoliates the skin and eliminates dead skin cells whilst brightening skin.
• Caffeine helps fight premature skin aging and also helps improve the appearance of cellulite by tightening the skin.
• Caffeine also helps reduce swelling and inflammation.
• The Orange oil in the Chocolate Orange scrub contains antiseptic and anti-inflammatory benefits which help to brighten and rejuvenate dull skin.
Okay, so onto the basics of the product: The Royal Coffee scrub comes in various scents, like Chocolate Orange but there are loads, check them out here. You get 200g of product for £9.95 which is honestly a great price. I only used a small amount of product and I have LOADS left.
There isn't a huge amount of info on how to use the product, so I kinda decide to go for logic and make it into a wet scrub. I took a few teaspoons of the coffee scrub into a bowl with some water, mixed it all about till it was a paste and kind of just... slapped it onto my face and scrubbed it all in.

The fun of any form of scrubs or masks are the stupid selfies you can take. I'm always spamming Jamie with selfies when I do masks or jumping out on my parents for the scare factor. It's so much fun! Of course, there are other benefits... but I'm a sucker for being silly.
I scrubbed the mask gently into my face in circular motions and left it for a few minutes, before rinsing it off with some warm water. It left my skin so smooth, and a lot brighter/clearer. It removed dead skin cells, dirt and impurities. It felt soft and smooth. It also left my skin smelling of chocolate orange... kinda wanted to munch on my arm after I used it on there.
I have no idea if it reduces cellulite, I haven't used it on those areas. Maybe in the summer when I start wearing shorts...
However, I loved this product. It's such a good price point, you get a lot of product and it's a UK based company... that's a win win if you ask me!
Ok, so my overall pros and cons:
Pros:
• Vegan.
• Cruelty free.
• Good price point.
• Leaves the skin soft.
• Organic ingredients.
Cons:
• It does have a fragrance which I know might possibly irritate some skin types.
No instructions on how to use, which might confuse silly people like me.
Overall, this is a great product. I certainly recommend buying this product.
